Close to a pub, Cooperative Supermarket, Heron Supermarket, Greggs, fish and chip shop, GP clinic, and two pharmacies. 4 minutes drive to Asda, 8 minutes drive to Queens Medical, Nottingham University. 1 minute drive to the Bilborough Industrial Area.

There are 4 fridges in the house. One double American Fridge Freezer, and 3 mini fridges.

10 minutes drive into the city centre. Nottingham University Jubilee Campus, Queens Medical are 7 minutes drive away. There is a pub just within two minutes walk to the property. Lidl within one mile and 5 minutes drive away, cooperative 3 minutes walk away, Asda 4 minutes drive away. Nottingham town centre 8-12 minutes drive away.

Getting around

There are buses which come around every 3 minutes. The bus stop is just one to two minutes walk away. Parking is off street.
